Fee Structure:
$200 for homes up to 3,000 square feet and up to 1 ½ hours
$300 for homes from 3,000-4,500 square feet and up to 2 ½ hours
$400 for homes 4,500+ square feet and up to 3 ½ hours
Photo Prep Add-On Service
Want more hands-on help post consult? If you're local to Nashville, you can add on our Staging Styling Service for an additional fee. With this service, I’ll return to your property before photos are taken and "edit" your accessories and decor, so your home is styled to sell.

Whether it is helping a client design their dream home or designing a short-term rental, this individualized approach aims to empower clients to transform their spaces into reflections of their personal style and vision, without the commitment of full-scale design services.
Fee Structure:
$300 for homes up to 3,000 square feet and up to 1 ½ hours
$400 for home from 3,000-4,500 square feet and up to 2 ½ hours

Furniture Sourcing & Mock-ups
Following an initial consultation, I’ll create mockups featuring potential furniture pieces and design solutions based on the client’s goals, preferences, and budget. Clients receive comprehensive recommendations along with convenient links for ordering, ensuring a seamless transition from design concept to tangible transformation in their spaces. This personalized service simplifies the process of bringing clients' design visions to life, adding an extra layer of convenience and expertise to the experience.
Fee Structure:
$400 per room or $1500 for homes up 1,500 square feet
$2,300 for homes up 2,500 square feet

marketing & Listing Preparation
This all-inclusive service is designed for real estate agents who prefer to delegate the marketing aspects of listing a home for sale. From initial preparations to the day the home goes live on the market, I’ll seamlessly guide agents through every step of the process, allowing them to focus on selling properties while I handle the intricacies of marketing.
Fee Structure:
Starting at $250 depending upon size and needs of the property
